Executive Chef Josh Naber of Da Luca Cafe

Last Saturday we brought microgreens to Executive Chef Josh Naber of Da Luca Cafe in Crozet for a special tasting menu of four courses paired with wines from King Family Vineyards, also in Crozet. We love bringing family and friends to the warm and stylish Da Luca Cafe to share Chef Josh's creative, seasonal tapas and great wines- always a fun time.

Here is the salad Chef Josh composed for the second course, paired with a King Family Vineyards 2010 Chardonnay. Lovely, lovely!
